The personnel were extremely helpful, especially Nguyen and Nhung. The night shift girl provided great recommendations for exploring and dining in Hanoi. Diu, the friendly girl at breakfast, made our mornings enjoyable. Thank you, Room 903!

The location of this hotel is quite convenient and there are various dining options within walking distance. the personnel is friendly and welcoming. the rooms are clean and well-maintained with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the breakfast is great with a variety of options to choose from. the rooftop bar is a good feature as well, offering a nice view of the city.
The gym facilities are quite limited and outdated.

We had a great stay in this hotel. Best aspects - the staff were incredibly helpful, especially Nguyen and Nhung who helped us with check-in. There was also a girl on the night shift who recommended great places to eat and explore, and a friendly girl in the dining area named Diu. The hotel was clean and had good facilities, and the breakfast was delicious.

Staff was amazing! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, especially the night shift girl who gave us great recommendations for exploring the city and the girl at the dining area who always greeted us with a smile. Rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. the location was perfect, close to many key attractions and amenities. Overall a wonderful experience!
The noise from the street at night, but that's to be expected in such a vibrant city like this. Bring earplugs and you'll be just fine.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. One employee at the front desk even recommended some great local restaurants for us to try out. We also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, which was within walking distance of several popular tourist attractions. the room was well-maintained and clean.
The noise level in and around the hotel made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. We were frequently disturbed by loud noises outside our window, as well as noise from the hallway and adjoining rooms.
